What happens when I make an appointment?
Great question! If you’re a new customer, you’ll be asked a few questions about the equipment in your home or office. We’ll also get some data about you on file. Before your technician arrives, you’ll be sent an email with his or her picture so you know who to expect!
Are your technicians certified?
Every Northside Services technician has gone through the appropriate certification and training to make sure he or she is up to our rigorous standards. In addition, we complete comprehensive background checks and drug testing on all our employees.
Will your technicians track dirt throughout my house?
We always do our best to wear protective gear over our shoes whenever we service a customer. This means you don’t have to worry about dirt on your flooring. Additionally, our technicians know how to clean up after themselves! Some customers even say their houses look better after our technicians have been onsite than they were before!
Can I get a maintenance plan?
Yes – maintenance plans are available and are geared at saving you money and time. Ask a Customer Service Representative about our plan options when you call so we can figure out which one makes the most sense for your needs.

Is air quality really that big of a deal?
If you’ve ever been in a city where smog hangs heavy in the air, you know the value of clean breezes. Your indoor home or office air can also become polluted with contaminants that can affect the quality of your life and your family’s health. For your safety and the safety of those you love, we highly recommend taking this topic seriously.
